RETURN POLICY & SHIPPING
RETURN POLICY

West + Wade accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged products* for a refund of in store credit within 14 days of original purchase. Items received after 14 days are non refundable. If you need to return an item please email us at westnwade@gmail.com. 

*We are unable to provide returns on swimwear, body suits, hair accessories, or any items purchased on sale or with a discount code. 

SHOES: Any shoes being returned need to be shipped back in the original shoe box. Any damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted. DO NOT tape the shoe box in any way or use the shoe box as the shipping box.
 An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible. Please allow 3-10 business days for your return to be processed.
West + Wade is NOT responsible for return shipping or returns lost in transit.  If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the post office. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

    How does shipping work?
    We ship out all of our packages through USPS.
    You can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days.
